Beta software
Polly is beta software. It is provided as-is, with no guarantees of uptime, data persistence, or feature stability. We may change, reset, or take down the service at any time. This is a private beta — your access is a privilege, not a right.
Acceptable use
Use Polly to learn languages. Don't use it to share sensitive personal information in voice sessions — transcripts are stored and you should treat them accordingly. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
No SLA
There is no service level agreement. Polly may be unavailable without notice. Don't rely on it for anything time-critical.
Feedback
By using Polly, you agree that feedback you provide may be used to improve the product. You retain ownership of your feedback — we just get to act on it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of California. Any disputes will be resolved informally first — email jason@stoudtlabs.io.
